Integrated Kundalini
Everything evolves.
My way of teaching Kundalini Yoga started to shift in 2016. Integrated Kundalini (co-founded with Ashley Jones) is the product of that shift.
The power of kundalini yoga has existed in India for 1000’s of years, yet its existence is not tied to that continent. The serpent energy is present in most of the esoteric traditions around the globe.
Integrated Kundalini reflects my journey that encapsulates Raj Yoga, Buddhism, Kundalini Yoga (KRI) and various Modern yoga & spiritual practices. It also includes forays into yogic philosophy both ancient and contemporary.
At its heart Integrated Kundalini is steadfast in its purpose, to realise deep and lasting inner freedom.
2024 - 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
As a yoga training school, we have been running for 5 years, anchored in the sacred landscape of Glastonbury. We curate highly experiential trainings that include a deep and immersive connection with the Land.
Our philosophy is simple ignite the essence of a human and the teacher is revealed. The teacher is an archetype that may present itself formally (on a mat) or informally (in life). How our students wish to share their flame is totally up to them.
UK 2024 training
Our training for 2024 is pivoting to, now also include London and we can’t wait to embed this immensely transformative journey in our capital. We bookmark the training with a sacred trip to Glastonbury with its magic infusing the weekends between.
Peak Experience Events
When we reach the peak of the mountain, we see unobstructed. It’s a moment where ‘effort and insight’ alchemise, and the devotee is offered a boon. There are no guarantees on the top of the mountain, but we are at least afforded the benefit of stepping closer to grace.
Our peak experience events, task us with orientating our effort to climbing a mountain of sorts. They are day or weekend long events that test our will, commitment while amplifying our vibration.
