Vimarsa is the self reflective power that rides within consciousness as an aspect of Shakti. She is the eyes through which Siva sees.
Its power, like art, touches deeper than words and draws us in inexplicably.
We need to cultivate that thread, so it grows & stabilises, it can then activate with the power of grace. Its gifts are beyond measure.
My trainings are oriented towards one thing, to come home to ourselves and empower our capacity to ignite meaningful and sustained change in our lives.
Advanced Kundalini - Five Workshop Series
It can be a challenge to let go of what we know, especially difficult if we have walked a path that has given us much.
Yet sometimes we just know. This was the case for me.
This course is intended for those wishing to deepen their spiritual practice or teaching transmission.
If you are anything like me you may have explored many beautiful teachings that inspired, guided and transformed. Yet there may be a missing piece, how do they harmonise?
If that is you, this course could be perfect for you. Housed in Non-dual tantric traditions 1000’s of years old; its intent is to draw in all that has gone on before, into a unique expression of you.
This training intimately weaves spiritual philosophy with experiential practice. Each one feeding the other; yielding a palpable dynamism that profoundly reframes our perspective.
The intention: liberation, inner peace, joy, a world that makes sense!
If you are an active teacher it will provide depth, nuance and power to your transmission.
At the end you will receive a certificate of completion.
Entry Requirements
Owing to the depth of the subject matter the course requires you to have a completed a kundalini yoga teacher training or to be yoga teacher in another lineage but have an active interest/ practice in kundalini inspired yoga. I have been involved in kundalini Yoga teacher trainings, since 2012. The journey of a teacher is rarely straightforward and my nature has rarely opted for the easy route. I am also drawn to efficiency and autonomy.
My teaching reflects this. I like to get to destinations effectively yet without compromise. Life is fast, if we can match that velocity skilfully, we can become masterful at redirecting our lives in alignment to our purpose & joy. I share with generosity my inspirations. My teaching transmission ignites inner freedom.
Having been involved in some capacity for 14 years, I took a break from teacher training in 2025. New things were showing themselves, so I chose to explore, it was a rich and powerful year.
